- The shipping cost to return a product is made at your own cost.
- You can return the products within 30 days of delivery

- The product must be in itŽs new condition with all tags attached
- Fill out the return paper that came with your order
- If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee
- If the returned product/products are dirty (make-up) or damaged we might not refund you the whole purchase amount
- For hygienic reasons we do not accept returns on swimwear

Reclaim policy
- Make sure you check all items as soon as you receive them.
- If you want to make a complaint contact us at hello@aimn.com as soon as you notice the damage on your item, but not later than 7 days after delivery.Â
- When a complaint is made an investigation of the goods will be started. Before the item will be returned back you need to show proof of the defect, preferably by sending us photos of the damage to hello@aimn.com
- If the complaint is accepted we will pay the return cost and refund you the money as soon as we received the return.
